CTI assists with the development of formal security plans. These plans are required by federal mandate for airports, however schools, corporations and federal facilities also use security plans in conjunction with evacuation, disaster recovery and communications plans. CTI has also been responsible for the outreach and training requirements of security plan rollout, as well as the updating of security, evacuation, disaster recovery and communications plans.

CTI is currently and successfully working with airports and the local FAA representatives to streamline the airport master security plan to mitigate imposition of FAA fines and charges based on extraneous materials in the Master Security Plan.
