Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Security Consulting Services
CTI has been providing security-consulting services to IAD since March 1999. The services provided include: the rewrite of the Airport Security Program (ASP) and subsequent FAA mandated amendments in accordance with FAR Part 107; production of new Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) and Air Operations Area (AOA) driver training films in accordance with FAR Parts 107 and 139; curriculum redesign and implementation of updated SIDA and AOA driver training classroom instruction programs in accordance with FAR Parts 107 and 139; implementation of the FAA mandated annual employment history audit program in accordance with the FAA ASP Amendment #AP 00-01; assumption of the criminal record fingerprinting function in accordance with FAR Part 107; continuous assistance with written and oral communication with the FAA on safety and security related matters; regular participation in safety and security related meetings with the FAA; rewrite of the Airport Certification Manual (ACM) in accordance with FAR Part 139; assistance with the airport's triennial FAR Part 139 full-scale emergency exercise.
Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA)
Security Consulting Services
Since April 2000, CTI has been providing security-consulting services to DCA. Consulting services provided include: writing the FAA mandated amendments to the ASP in accordance with FAR Part 107; production of new SIDA and AOA driver training films in accordance with FAR Parts 107 and 139; curriculum redesign and implementation of interactive SIDA and AOA driver training classroom instruction programs in accordance with FAR Parts 107 and 139; assistance with the annual AVSEC tabletop exercise; rewrite of the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) in accordance with FAR Part 139 and related Advisory Circulars; continuous assistance with written and oral communication with the FAA on safety and security related matters; regular participation in safety and security related meetings with the FAA; and facilitation of the on-going efforts of DCA and IAD to standardize their operational processes.
