Prior to the events of September 11, 2001, CTI Consulting had been working at over 30 airports across the country, including 15 of the 21 Category X Airports. The recovery efforts and implementation of emergency measures required of U.S. airports also required CTI to work alongside these airports in briskly raising their security levels to meet the new threat.
Since September 11, CTI has been actively assisting airports in enhancing their security programs as required by the current Emergency Amendments, Airport Security Improvement Act of 2000 (ASIA), Aviation and Transportation Security Act (ATSA) and 49 CFR 1540, 1542 and 1544. These Category X, I-IV and general aviation airports include:
- Baltimore-Washington (BWI)
- Boston Logan (BOS)
- Chicago Midway (MDW)
- Chicago O'Hare (ORD)
- Cincinnati International (CVG)
- L. G. Hanscom (BED)
- Huntville International (HSV)
- Los Angles International (LAX)
- McAllen-Miller (MFE)
